Deși este în engleză, imaginile vobesc de la sine. Ca și în descriere, este o carte pentru începători, în deosebi, care cuprinde moduri de scriere a alfabetului. Foarte de ajutor sunt pașii care ar trebui respectați în realizarea literelor, mai ales a celor inițiale și mai ales a celor din perioada iluminismuli, barocă dar și modernă. Alfabetele prezentate sunt selectate și pentru diferite instrumente de scriere, pentru profesioniști (toc și peniță), amatori (stilouri cu diferite penițe), artiști (pensulă sau marker de caligrafie). Un mare plus este spira care leagă foile și care permite cărții să stea deschisă fără alt ajutor. Cu răbdare, exercițiu și un stilou caligrafic, această carte deschide orizonturi noi.
