The King decided to write a letter to the Pope to ask for guidance on his concerns and the Holy See methods how to proceed with an English Inquisition.
The Pope understands the King's concern and elevates two Englishmen to travel to Cologne Germany to observe first hand how to conduct with hunts and interrogations.
