LEADER, IT'S TIME TO RETURN TO SONSHIP.

Another Christian leader, another moral failure, another headline that breaks my heart. Is there a remedy to prevent another pastor, college faculty, or CEO from sabotaging their ministry? Yes! It's a return to sonship, a return to the gospel, a return to why we do what we do.

We will look at the P.R.O.C.E.S.S. of Old Testament leaders as well as the life of Jesus. We'll find a pattern and a message that Father God wants to write upon our hearts. God the Father doesn't want you paralyzed by fear or striving for affirmation. Your Father in heaven already loves you and wants you to return to a place of peace in your heart and mind. He desires that you love Him more than you love leading. He desires that you return to the joy of knowing Jesus as your brother, Savior and Lord and knowing God as your Father. This newfound security will cause you to shake off every lie from Satan that tempts you to cower in fear or puff up in pride. This return to your truest identity will break the lie of insecurity and the trap of ambition. This journey with the Holy Spirit will cause you to boldly embrace the God-vision for your future. There's a promise inside of you! There's a people you're called to and a process laid out for you.
