Joan Livieri, an avid reader, also enjoys golf and baseball. Writing is her passion, allowing her characters to travel wherever her imagination takes them, whether by horse or by jet. Joan also dedicates time to feeding stray animals that pass by. She travels at leisure, with no hurried plans. The Missing Duke is her latest published book and her aim in writing is to bring smiles to her readers through her characters' situations.
