The Romance of Redemption is a love story about how God turns tragedy into triumph. Set in the brief Old Testament book of Ruth, it is an inspiring account of how God is actively working behind the scenes to accomplish His designs and purposes. The human love story between Ruth and Boaz is but a picture of a greater love story between God and His people. It leaves us with great confidence that if God would go to such lengths to fulfill His purposes in the past, we can certainly trust Him with our future. Tommy Vinson pastored churches for forty-seven years in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Florida before retiring from the active pastorate. He then formed Tommy Vinson Ministries, a nonprofit ministry focusing on international pastor training and support. Covid-19 has largely interrupted TVM's six years of ministry; but it remains active to a limited degree and will resume full operation once the pandemic is over. For the past three years he has served as interim preacher for several Memphis-area churches including Kirby Woods Baptist, Hernando Baptist, The Point in Hernando, and Germantown Baptist.
