How to Take your Health Seriously: Living in survival mode and not giving yourself the gift of self-care can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. That's why self-care is so important. How Healthy do you think you are? Use the quiz on page 49 to find out. Create a Self-Care schedule that you'll actually follow through with, on page 83.


How to Set Yourself up for Success, with a Growth Mindset: You've got a long life ahead of you. Learn how to use what you've learned to be a more compassionate and loving person, now and in the days to come. Analyze your fears with the "Letting Go of Fears" exercise-[page 141], and feel more confident after completing "Rocks my Confidence" [page 140]
