This is the story of the mischief of a five-year-old girl named Totochan. And it is the story of a small school called Tomo, which was run by a teacher named Sozaku Kobayashi in the rural environment of Tokyo, Japan. Tomo is a very special school. The message of how the educational methods of that school changed a mischievous child named Totochan made this work world famous. This book is a must read for the students and teachers here as the methods of Tomo School are similar to the DPEP curriculum in Kerala.
