Prof. Ram Nath Mishra is pharmaceutical technologist, both by education and practice. He has served the pharmaceutical industry for more than three decades and contributed in R & D, Value Analysis, in-house HRD, Works Management, establishing Greenfield projects, export of technology and projects, in addition to establishing joint ventures abroad. He has also been associated with the academia as Director / Professor in two pharmaceutical colleges and guided post graduate research in Rejuvenating Herbs / MegaHerbs. He is member of editorial boards of two international research journals, namely IJRPBS and IJRPC. While working, both in industry as well as academia, he came across the fact that young Hindus have no recourse to centralized information, in concise form, about Original Hinduism which leave them with a feeling of not being adequately connected with their roots. The same problem was voiced by Non-Resident Indians and other Persons of Indian Origin, abroad wherever he interacted with them, during his professional career. Thus this Encyclopedia is being created to fill that gap. This book is the first step in that direction.
