This first Vibrattuning guide introduces participants to twelve suggested on-the-body protocols, beginning with fundamental skills that can lead to advanced and intermediate levels of proficiency. Practicing these sessions will help you to develop a feel for the sense of flow and timing integral to using weighted tuning forks on the body. When in a state of physical, emotional, mental or spiritual stress, both our voltage and our resilience are lowered. It's all about how we bounce back and if we don't have enough energy to rebound on any level we are somehow compromised. To address this, Vibrattuning uses weighted tuning forks directly on the body to de-stress the nervous system, boost the body's voltage and raise its resilience. In this recharged state, our bodies can optimally unwind, repair and restore. Vibrattuning is geared towards professionals such as massage therapists, bodyworkers, hands-on therapists, estheticians, etc., and it's also very suitable for anybody interested in using tuning forks as self-care or on friends and family. No experience with bodywork or energy work is necessary to begin learning Vibrattuning, just a willingness to be present with another human being and a desire to be of service.
