Mayer, Mac: - My greatest joy is to help people find, develop, and fulfill the call of God on their life so they can ultimately hear Well done. My path to this purpose wasn't always obvious to me, just as yours may not be to you now. I started my first business at 18 years of age and by the time I was 22, I had started and was running six companies. I was successful in business because I gravitated towards unconventional ways of doing things. Through decades of developing companies and nonprofits, I realized there was one important factor that led to a healthy organization, and that was employing people to work in their giftings. Because of my vast experience in building companies, God was able to take my skills and abilities and match them to my calling. I believe my calling is to help other people accomplish their calling and hear the amazing words of our Father, Well done thy good and faithful servant.
