When Halloween Was Canceled

A father tries to explain to his children why Halloween and trick-or-treating was canceled. Amid the sadness and regret of the children, a new plan for celebrating is formed. A last-minute backyard party is thrown and everyone dresses up in their costumes. Everyone has a grand time until bedtime comes.
