Following the fall of the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe is a ticking timebomb of uncontrolled nuclear potential. In a world of simmering political tensions, eyes turn to Russia, seeking to manipulate this unrest. Thus, a black plot is hatched: Operation Alpha Count.
